Sunia C Piermont is the owner of Tristar Development & Mgmt LLC & the general manager of Capri Contractors inc, a local contractor firm in Central Florida.  Ms. Piermont oversees the daily administrative duties of both companies and her responsibilities include but are not limited to all ap/ar departments, cash flow management and marketing.  Ms. Piermont has also been involved in numerous residential projects, construction management and multifamily and residential real estate developments.

Sunia is a graduate of the University of Florida and holds a state certified building contractor license and real estate sales license. Ms. Piermont has been in the construction industry for over 25 years in Central Florida.  Sunia may be reached via:
